SOMETHING NEW IS COMING... 🙌🏾✨

I am excited to finally share that starting Monday, 2nd March, I will be launching Move With Michelle - Mental Health Mondays! 🌿

These will be FREE weekly Ministry sessions held right here on Instagram and Facebook Live. My mission is to share the gift of God’s word through gentle, accessible movement that honors your body and your mind.

What to expect:
📖 A short scriptural reflection.
🙏🏾 A time of prayer
💃 Simple, inclusive movement for all abilities.

When: Every Monday - Starting March 2nd at 10:30 am
Where: Facebook and Instagram Live!

Whether you are a chronic illness warrior, a mature dancer, or just someone looking for a peaceful start to their week— you are welcome here. Let’s move, let’s pray, and let’s heal together.

Do you think I dance because I like it? That used to be true but now, I dance because I need it!
Not more than God though, let’s just get that straight 🙌🏾

Almost losing my life at 39 and going through an early menopause as a result of what happened has been a life changing experience.

You have no idea what happens to my body if I don’t dance. I simply have to keep moving so thankfully, the very thing that pays my bills and the thing that I have been doing for the last 40 years is now like medicine for me. I’m not one for medication, I’ll even try to sleep off a headache unless it’s really bad so having dance in my life is such a blessing.

The brain fog is definitely fogging 😂 Choreography helps to keep my brain healthy and as active as my body if not more.

My main fear about doing these classes was whether or not I would remember anything 🤦🏾‍♀️ My students keep me accountable with my own choreography but learning someone else’s and a new one weekly at that filled me with dread.

I’m loving the challenge and even when I mess up like I did this week, I still enjoy it and I still keep it moving 🥰

My eldest takes the class just before mine but me also having the time for myself whilst my other three children are at home with my husband just feels amazing 🤩

Thursday nights just became MY night 👊🏾🥰
